I came to know about God when I went to Bangkok to look for work. My older sister introduced me to the Abundant Life Center where I could stay for low rent and get free food for 21 days. I stayed at the ALC until one day I heard that the ministry was going to move to a new location on the other side of Bangkok. Many of the people planned to move with ALC and I wanted to go too. There was a sewing department that I could work at but I didn’t know how to sew. I was told that I would be taught and that I could learn how to sew. So I decided to pray and God answered my prayer in a miraculous way by opening up the door for me to move and leave my current work situation. This opened up my heart to learn more about God and to try out the sewing department. ALC Crafts gave me the opportunity to join the bible study cell group to learn more about God and now I learn about Him from day to day. Sometimes I fall and I get back up learning from the situation that happened. I only ask that God leads me and that I don’t fall away. I believe that He is in control of everything and there are no coincidences in our lives. It’s like this verse in the Bible says, Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. Psalm 139:16 I think that everything that has happened in my life has been according to God’s plan for me.

Pritsana’s season at home this past year has reintroduced the strained relationship with her stepfather, with whom God has helped her forgive from her teens years at home. Pray that our Father would walk closely with her as she begins again to process her feelings and loss. She no longers feels wanted back in the village so has moved back to Bangkok and will be with us at ALC Crafts when we reopen in the future.
